Rossi Bites it Big Time!

He's out of the race in Mugello with a compound fracture of the tibia. Possibly out longer.

Man that was quick... Never saw someone get tossed of that which I considered a great line of running.. WOnder if the kickstand went down

I agree. Looked like some kind of mechanical failure, or a tire. Line looked great.

Yeah, but I think he can afford way more medical staff than I can. and all that cool, techno experimental gear that makes bones grow back in the time it takes to fry chicken.

Unfortunately the doctors are saying 4 to 5 months.

As far as I am concerned, Moto GP has lost a huge asset and will never be the same again.

He's not dead yet!

It is a bad break, but with the money and resources available to him to recover I'd guess he's back on a bike, maybe not racing, but riding before the end of the season.
