I know a lot of guys on blood thinners and high blood pressure medicine that would buy that in a second. Hot and cold sensitivity is no joking matter.

If the delivery system (hose) could be cleaned up, I think it would be pretty nice and have real merit.

Not sure I would want one as I have never had a need for even a cooling vest but you never know.
