Stunning 1991 K100 with 10,200 miles!
Just an FYI:
I have seen this bike in person and it is pretty much flawless - I have absolutely no interest in it
, but it is owned by the same gentlemen I purchased my '79 R80/7 from last week. While I did not ride it I am confident it is 100%. It fired up cold first try and sounds GREAT.
It's the kind of bike you can buy sight unseen.... I would give it a solid 9 out of 10, and with a couple of hours of detailing it would earn a 9.5.
The gentlemen's name is Frank, and I'm sure he would be pleased to E-mail you some high resolution pictures. He has owned over 200 classic and antique motorcycles.
I'll be back at his house next Saturday and can take additional high res pics if anyone is interested. He kind of lives out in the boonies so it is not easy to show, and perhaps that is why it is still available. It is an excellent
buy at $4K...
Oh yeah, it has been in Arizona it's entire life - and that means no
corrosion - and it has always been garaged.
