BMW looking for your input

BMW is running a survey on BMW clubs (both car and motorcycle). BMW Luxury Touring isn't listed as a club, so be sure to say "other" and when asked, please type "BMW Luxury Touring".

I like how on the spare parts their baseline figure is $1000.

Re: BMW looking for your input

This is the same survey they had out about six months ago, but they only got 400 responses, so here they go again. As much time as it takes to do the survey, they better publish the results. Its a large imposition on each respondent.

Interesting survey. Thanks for the heads-up.

I take a lot of them.

Bought used K1200LT number 3. This one is green/teal with 31,369(now 7/29/2018 54,143) miles and is an '02. The first 2 bikes made it to near 150,000 miles.

Due to heart health, the Dr says not to ride under 40 degree air temp. Ugh! Now it is harder to get my 18000 miles a year in just in the summer. Guess that stopped my 20 degree rides now.

Re: BMW looking for your input

I tried three times...every time it crashed. Pretty goofy questions anyway. Reminds me of surveys Porsche takes: One survey for the the whole world. Just translate it and go. No or little consideration for the differences from country to country.

Re: BMW looking for your input

The survey doesn't seem very scientific. There appear to be lot of assumptions on their part.

Do the pollsters consult with a few "experts" who actually do whatever it is that they are asking about, before the pollsters release the surveys? I doubt it.

Does not appear to have any place for MY input, only which one of THEIR answers I would like to choose.

I figure that giving BMW my opinion is like voting for a new president: won't make a heck of a lot of difference either way.
