Thumbs up It's Gone!

My ride is gone!

Well there is a big hole in the garage where my LT is usually parked. It’s been sold. I can no longer say I am a LT rider. Once I make my mind up on something it is full steam ahead and usually no looking back. Even most of the accessories I sold separately in the classified section have been spoken for.

I can’t say I will really miss the LT, as my mind is in forward mode. I am also really looking forward to something different and new. What I can say is I will miss the quality of the individuals who belong to this forum. I can say without hesitation that I have never found a more willing, helpful and informed core group of riders on any other brand I have owned. Over the years I have seen individuals share parts, knowledge, their time so others can save money, and even a bed to complete strangers. In today’s environment this is an exception to the rule.

As a now former LT owner let me say to the forum “Ride safe and hopefully for many years to come’

May we never find the end of the road!

_ Why is there never enough time to do it right the first time, but always enough time to do it over?

Re: It's Gone!

Sold 2005 to a friend who may not want to share what he paid. I brought it back to stock prior to selling. Why I have so many items for sale in classified section. Lets say he got a great deal.

I have started the process to get new 2008 Goldwing w/ ABS,Comfort,Navigation System package.

Nobody said you have to leave, we take all kinds.

So, what kind of stuffed animal will you strap to the back of your Wing?

Now that's funny. I still can't figure out what the stuff animal thing is all about. And most importantly I hope I never do!

May we never find the end of the road!

Perry, may your new Wing find its' way into your stable quickly. Now I see no reason to be a stranger around here just because your gonna ride a Honda.

Wink Re: It's Gone!

I too, have taken that deep dive and have just sold my LT today. Why did I sell? To be honest I just wasn't getting out there on the road enough and putting it through the paces that it was designed for. Its just hasn't always that easy for me to just... go. I have found that it is really a great bike and that this is probably the best users forum that I have ever seen! The members are truely dedicated people who will bend over backwards to put in their two cents (good or bad) and help! I will miss this forum just as much as the bike! Thanks again for all the great support!

No need to be a stranger around here! There will be another place and time to reload your stable.
