Shelf life for mc oil?

ANy know what the shelf life is for the engine and trany-rear end oil?

Can't buy fuel ahead of my need, but I could buy more than a two year supply of oil to match the 6 years of oil filters I have.

Synthetic oil? Should keep almost forever if you keep it cool and out of direct sunlight, and of course keep it sealed up.

That is what I have always heard...Once you open it, the clock starts ticking. Same with radiator fluid.

The only down side I can think of would be improvements in the oil. At the moment I have 8 one gallon jugs of Amsoil 20-50 & 4 qts of 20-40. I can always sell it to others in need.

Check with the manufacturer. They will tell you exactly.
