Wreck Threads

This is just my opinion, just me... I do not require support nor condemnation.

All this chat about bike wrecks is just bad Ju-Ju. I don't like it, I don't read it, I don't let that stuff get into my head.

I take the courses, I learn the skills but bad dharma dude, bad dharma...

There I feel better now... you may feel free to resume your normal programming.

Re: Wreck Threads

Bad dharma ?.........buck dharma. Shouldn't it be kharma ? Although, I, somewhat, agree with you. The thing is, that, sometimes, we can learn from other rider's mistakes. God knows I've made more than my share. But, if it's just posted for shock value, then I 100% agree. You can't be a good rider if you're not confident or fearful. Respectful is what we should desire to be. Fearful means you should pick a different pursuit. Fear brings with it hesitancy. And hesitancy will get you hurt. My two pennies. Here's to good kharma to all of us....

Re: Wreck Threads

I can agree with you to a point. I read a bunch of those accident reports and I feel a bit safer now. The majority of those accidents involved several key ingredients. Young riders, alcohol, and just plain old stupidity. I was under the wrong impression that most M/C accidents were caused by dumb cagers pulling out in front of us. Originally thinking it was a bad idea, Now I am glad they were posted and I read many of them.

Re: Wreck Threads

I'd rather read about them and learn from others mistakes than learning firsthand. I know dharma, she's greg's wife, don't know how bad she is but she's hot! MG

Re: Wreck Threads

You say kharma, I said dharma, some say karma, its either good or bad juju...but in any case they are two different things and I got it wrong.

I was thinking was closer to karma but that is not really right either.

Reference:http://www.dream-analysis.com/dreams/karma-dharma.htm

Bad JuJu is what I mean.

See:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Juju

So much for today's lesson... move along.

Using Wikipedia as an authoritative reference creates bad kharma as it presumes verified dharma.
