Question GT saddlebags vs. RT saddlebags ... are they the same?

I was under the impression that the new GT and new RT saddlebags are completely interchangeable, is this true? I'm looking at buying a set of saddlebag liners for an RT, and I want to make sure that they're going to fit my '06 GT properly. Can someone verify this for me please?

I bought the Kathy bags for an RT, sidecases and top. I don't know if they're the same, but the bags fit.

Yep, exact same saddlebags (and trunks, too). Same part #'s for the base, with different part #'s for the lids based on paint codes.

I bought liners from Cee Bailey and have been happy with them.

All lower 48 states plus Alaska on the K13GT in two weeks . . .

Some people see the gas tank as half empty. Some see it as half full. All I care is that I know where the next tankful is coming from...

I use Michelle's old R1200RT BMW liners - they fit perfectly.
