Is this for real ?

750 hp and 700 lbs vevicle weight result in more than 2100 hp per ton.

v max 340 mph at half throttle, governor limited.
0 to 300 mph in less than 30 sec.

check THIS out. Click on Acabion English, then 'Future Traffic' then GTBO - (strange website - the URL does not change as you go through different pages ????)

At only 1.83 Million Euros a little more than a new LT...

I would imagine that if I could afford it I would not be worried about the price of gas..

If the wings were bigger and if the training wheels went up you could probably really 'fly'... through traffic ....

and if you landed wrong you would save on a casket... they could bury you in it...

I believe it was Crazy Horse who said: "Today is a good day to die!"

Where can I get a test drive?

Nope

Looking at the rear end of this vehicle I believe in engineering terms this is impossible.

Without doing the required calculations regarding power, torque, speed (Velocity - ft/min) and acceleration (ft/min squared) there is in my humble opinion insufficient mass (metal, rubber, exhaust, chain size) to validate this claim.

Or maybe I just misread the article and 750hp is a model number. Yes it does talk about formula one technology but have you seen the rubber on the road behind these vehicles - a little larger contact patch!!

The entire site reeks of environmental awareness and global warming so whats with 750 HP . . .

I believe if this individual sells one unit every 5 years he will be doing just fine and living a dream. Maybe he is just looking for those with more money than they know what to do with!!

Looks like anyone who can drum up a website is valid these days!!

Rant off . . . back to the grind!

Who got the test track photo for the 2009 LT ? BMW is gonna be MAD !!

This ought to answer all those "what's gonna happen to the LT questions !

Looks like the training wheels wil resolve that "low speed drop the bike issue.

Seem to agree with you - the numbers don't add up.

Cool

Last night on Nat Geo channel they had a show on fast motorcycles, new land speed record 350 mph with approx 300 hp. Jet bike, like Jay Leno's, 320 hp, cost $150,000. How many HP and how fast and how much money?

I want to know the warranty on the rear drive...

Joe needs one of these. Can it take Joe's BMI? Would his BMI nullify the rear drive warranty?

More than 132,000 (recently corrected higher) motorcycle riders have died in traffic crashes since the enactment of the Highway Safety Act of 1966 and The National Traffic and Motor Vehicle Safety Act of 1966. Be careful out there.

Well I see a lot of meaningless, fancy jargon on the web site. A lot of slick quotes, also. Bottom line: until you can "Model T" it, you ain't gonna' change shit!

"Those who would give up essential liberty to purchase a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety." (Some really OLD friggin' White dude who couldn't have possibly known what he was talking about!) WARNING: Official HATE speech!
