In 1977, the U.S. Congress created a National Committee for the Protection of Human Subjects of Biomedical and Behavioral Research to investigate allegations that psychosurgery including lobotomy techniques was used to control minorities and restrain individual rights. It also investigated after-effects of the surgery. The committee concluded that some extremely limited and properly performed psychosurgery could have positive effects.

The bill HB137 has been deferred for now. Interesting that it did try to single out motorcycles.

Ontario Laws

In Ontario, up here in Canada they have enacted some interesting laws here. The police have the authority to impound your vehicle, and suspend your license for 7 days if they feel you were doing something that implied stunting, racing, or 50 kilo's over the limit. This is for all vehicles. It was mostly brought in to stop street racing as such, but it is up to the sole discretion of the police officer..!!!

Enforcement, judge and jury on the side of the road??

So, try to imagine zipping along and you stand up on your LT to stretch the legs and.......

Now, if Slim chimes in that he's OK with all this, then disregard all of the above! I strongly suspect he has very thick skin and a huge sense of humor.

Yeah I think Slim is a lot smarter than some here think and just having a little fun.
Surprised it pushes so many buttons and yanks their chain every time.
There is an "ignore List" feature one could use.
Ride on Slim, some of us enjoy a little difference and bit of leg pulling.

Yea well try reading Slim's posts without taking the ADD, ADHD meds. A little Valium helps but I still can't figure out how they came up with a highway speed of 57 mph and a school zone speed of 51 mph ??

Try falling off the turnup truck and then it's all so clear!
