A guy on an HD list I am on found this little device and I thought it was pretty handy for you guys with working shops and "TOOLS" (those that know me will understand ). (I have no affiliation with this and don't know the guy selling them).

Interesting item for your shop

For those of you that know tools (those that know me understand ) I thought this might be a handy little thing to have in your shop. I have no affiliation with this nor do I know the guy who builds them, but several guys on another list I am on have one and love them.

I remember a guy at work took a few pieces of 1/8" plate and made a box about 12" cube. He wanted to use it for an air tank. He didn't calculate the force 100psi makes on a weld. When he put air in it, it blew up half way down the shop. Lucky no-one was near the tank or it's trajectory. It sounded like a bomb went off!!!

Pressure vessels need to be certified so this doesn't happen.

Best way to do this is a piece of pipe and some T's cheaper also.

My 4 gallon contractor series compressor came an adjustable valve for two hoses.

Not sure if I would hook an extra box up to 125psi.
Stick with rated pipes and hoses.

On my 60 gallon I put a similar valve on each outlet in the shop.

_ Why is there never enough time to do it right the first time, but always enough time to do it over?
