first time

today was my first time in a bmw shop been harleys for the past 20 some odd yrs went with a buddy to pic up a sportster he bought for his wife for christmas and we stopped in columbus on east main just lookin around seemed to be super freindly only 1 new lt thou and 1 demo dont cost nuthin 2 look will be lookin harder after the christmas rush is over BEEMER FEVER

Hey Slim-

That's the shop Howard and I bought our 05s at. The owner and staff are great as is the service dept.. I don't have enough bad things to say about the dealership 2 miles from my house in Hilliard-Merry X-mas Honda-Yamaha-BMW Northwest!!!!!!

Hi Slim,

Like Mike (shadowofshoe) said, that BMW dealer you went to is our "home base". My office is just 1 mile east from there, at Main & Hamilton.

I'll bet it's the first time those guys have seen a bike as unique as yours. They may have had 1 LT on the showroom floor but they have plenty of other bikes, new and used.

HSCHSLER i wasn't ridin yesterday when i stoped a the shop and yes they had a lot of bikes there while kevin was sealin the deal on the sporterster at centialial park a salesman was trying to sell me a scoot told him that i had 1 harley and that i was getting ready to buy a bmw he ask why,I ASK WHY NOT? then i told him of the "GOIN THRU THE CHANGE " bike he knew of it and ask if i was going to do that to the bmw.can't wait till there is a beamer sitting in the garage let me refrase that can'twait till my a$$ is sitting in the saddle heading into the sunset l8tr slim

the cow horns are a really nice touch on the harley. keep her or you miss her. get the lt and enjoy it too.

ohh murphy will be coming thru savanna in may unless plans get changed and yes i will be keeping her wish i had all my scoots back but from now on i'll just be adding 2 the collection
