RideGear.com

Has anyone here ever dealt with ridegear.com? If so, what was your experience with them?
Thanks in advance,
Jim

They are terrible, stay away! They have about the worst customer service on the planet, if you want an example, just try calling their toll-free phone number for support: 800-515-1380. They also don't stock anything, stuff takes forever to ship and they charge credit cards immediately.

If you don't believe me, just look them up on Google Reviews, DealTime.com or ResellerRatings.com.

RideGear

I have tried e-mails and phone calls for 2 days now trying to ask a few questions about one of the products on their website. I have yet to receive a return e-mail or talk to a live person on the phone.
At first I thought maybe they were overwhelmed with Christmas orders, but after the second day of listening to recorded phone messages I decided it would be a cold day in hell before they ever see a dime of my money.

MY VOTE GOES TO "NEW ENOUGH" great customer service. Nice website. And if you watch for them: incredible specials.

I used Ride Gear for my intercom system.
The price was excellent, the shipping was just as they said it would be. I was not charged until they shipped. Contrary to other reports, my transaction was totally satisfactory in all regards.

Thanks!

Thanks for the comments and suggestions. I found that the jacket that I wanted for my wife was on sale at newenough.com. I called them and they guaranteed delivery before Christmas. Even after paying for 2nd day air shipping it was still cheaper than anywhere else I found.
If they make good on their promise to get it here before Christmas they've just earned a new customer.
Thanks again guys!
