Interesting Sightings

For me the last couple of weeks have been rather interesting.

On my way to a PGR mission last week, I ran into the bike in the first two pictures. The guy that owned it said he'd had it for about the last 13 years.

The bike in the last 3 pictures showed up for a ride to support a local pregnancy resource center. The bikes on the ride were mostly Harleys, but I sure was glad to see what happened in picture 3. And the bike show was people choice only.

Neat old BSA, I had one of them back in the early 70's,

mine was a 67 650 lightning,
I was young and just learning about bikes (the hard way)
come to think of it I'm still learning
Couldn't figure out why none of my wrenches and sockets would fit,
had a lot of electrical problems, hadn't ever heard of Whitworth or Lucas.

Test drove my first BMW in 72, then bought a new Triumph later that same day.

Oh if I had only known then what I know now.
