Never seen one before

Went to Americade Wednesday and Thursday. Stayed at the Fort William Henry Resort. Parked out front were two bikes, BMW R1200GL's. I have never seen one before, and i can't find any info on the bike, really liked it. Does anyone know anything about them??? Chuck

Are you sure you don't mean the R1200CL? It was a cruiser touring bike built on the R1200C cruiser. BMW sold it for 2-3 years then discontinued it. Did it look like this?

Sometimes you can get so fixated on the fact that you are right that you lose sight of the reality that it doesn't matter.
