Shreveport Casinos

A high school buddy and I are taking a trip, me on the LT and him on my Virago, to Shreveport and plan on staying at one of the casinos in town.

Anyone have any suggestions as to one they like? We are going to be leaving either tomorrow or Thursday and returning the next day.

Thanks,
James

I like the Horseshoe. Did real well with the bones there after our SS1000 a few months back. Hotel has nice rooms. Good rates if you book before you get there. They're part of the Harrah's group of casinos (Harrah's, Rio, Caesar's, Flamingo, Bally's, Paris, etc.).

Yep, what Deputy said. The Horseshoe is a great place. Rooms are nice, food is fantastic, card tables are friendly

Dice, as found at the Craps tables. When you're ready to go, let me know and we'll meet up and I'll show you. I day on the boats might be good therapy!

Casinos

Thanks guys. I will be contacting the Horseshoe to check on rates.

I just wish this rain would let up so we don't get rained on. I've ridden in the rain on the Virago and it blows. Haven't yet ridden in the rain yet on the LT (I know, I haven't ridden it enough) but look forward to seeing the difference in the two bikes in the rain.

You might ask if they have any "comp" rates, which will be either free or discounted. I can't think of the last time I paid for a hotel in Shreveport or Las Vegas.
