New Guy Looking for shipping info

Hi everyone

First post. I just bought a 2005 LT and I need to ship it from SoCal to Mass.
Too much snow to ride yet. Anyone know of a reputable moto transport co. that will not cost an arm and a leg.

I have used both Dependable Auto Shipping (DAS) and J & C Motorcycle shipping. I was satisfied with both. I recently shipped a Harley Low Rider from the east coast to the west coast and it was about $1000.00. You can google Motorcycle shipping and come up with a large selection many of which will provide an on-line quote.

Federal Van Lines will do it. If you're an AMA member you get a discount.

The shortest distance between two points is for people who don't ride!

They use a special pallet for bikes, which means you don't have to crate it. They only ship business to business, but it can be ANY business address, doesn't have to have a dock or anything. They just don't want to go into a residential neighborhood with the big trucks. A friend uses them all the time and have had zero problems. They only ship pianos and bikes.

If you aren't good for anything else, you can always serve as a bad example.
