street tires on a gs

Some of you might remember that I was asking for some ideas about what kind of bike to get my vertically challanged wife. Well after we spent months looking at everything out there she decided she couldn't live with our a f650 low. She loves it. Which brings the question, If she is never going to go off road, or even any dirt roads (she always rides with me and my lt sure isn't going off road) wouldn't the ride be improved with street tires? Any experience or opinions?

No harm in running street rubber. Maybe more grip if you choose a sticky tire. Unless your wife is riding aggresively I doubt she'll notice.
