Smile Early Planning - Pacific Northwest Tech Day

OK,

A bit early I know but for planning purposes; We had a great LT Tech Day last year @ BigAl's He-Man Garage here in Eastern Wa with about 12 LT's.

*This year, 2007 I am looking @ hosting it in my 6 Car attached garage. So all those in neighboring states and Western Wa can plan accordingly for their Springtime Pre-Rally "To-Do" list of LT maintenance, comraderie and Farkleing.

Looking @ a March/April time frame for input from interested parties.

*Denny/AvonFloater start planning now!
*Brian/SanJuan2 is also invited, even on his new GT!

Top,
If the pass is clear I'll be there. Sounds like a perfect reason to take the long way via Hwy 2. I know I can con Denny into that route.

What a ride......all the way from SO KA! That would be so awesome. My map tells me it's a 1300 mile ride. Yeah baby!

The 5 only feeds into the 2 up near Marsyville, above Seattle, just past Everett.

Most pick up the 2 from intersecting roads south of Seattle.

One good option is SR-18 out of Auburn to I-90 to US-97 to US-2 if Blewett pass is open; or backtrack on I-90 about three miles to the Preston exit, then grab SR-203 to Monroe.

A more painful option is to go up 405 and just north of Kirkland, take 522 to Monroe.

Monroe is on US-2 just before it starts to climb up toward Stevens Pass.

I'm not sure I can make it. Our spring is gonna be bizzy bizzy bizzy.

Ya know Mike, I could even be interested in joining you guys if the weather and date permit. Late March is already pretty busy for me, but April is wide open!
