Talking Work SUCKS! I'm going riding!

Since returning from the Iron Horse Lodge LAST MONTH, I've worked 10 whole days straight! Screw THAT! I'm going riding tomorrow. Supposed to be in the mid 50s, and no rain. I'll head east in the a.m., then ride south down along the Ohio river. Now THAT's what I'm talking about.

Thumbs up a subtle hint to go ride...

Today Sunny High: 76Low: 49
Friday Sunny High: 79Low: 50
Saturday Cloudy High: 72Low: 49
Sunday Partly Cloudy High: 75Low: 50
Monday Sunny High: 74Low: 51

Have some good riding Joe! Above is our forecast for Burbank, CA... alas my bike is still apart, waiting for a replacement HID ballast...

I hope I won't have too many screws left after reassembling in my hurry to go ride.
I have to make sure and stay away from the LOVE ride this weekend in Glendale, CA as I don't feel comfortable surrounded by hundreds of hogs on the escorted freeway ride. During the last such event I attended a couple of Harley chicks collided just in front of me...
But I'll do the toy ride in December in Griffith Park. I love to do things for kids!

Can you fill in your profile? It would be nicer to call you by your name, and a locale to make other folks jealous (80F)

A great idea! 77 south to the Rt 212 exit, turn left. Stay on 212 until 164 vears off to the left...then follow 164 into Lisbon. You won't regret it. We may end up there tomorrow, who knows?

Well I'm glad your luck is running better than mine. I was planning on riding with some friends Saturday (my birthday, no less) but it's supposed to be raining all day. And to top that off I picked up a nail in my back tire, so I now have a flat I can't get replaced until Saturday, anyway! So scrape a peg and break into triple digits for me a couple of times.

Dag! Sorry for the bad luck David, bummer! Sure wish I could buy you a round or two or three on Saturday though. Try to have a happy birthday just the same.

212 to 164 got it.

Ohio river run is so cool. If you make it to Marietta, and haven't tried rt 26 north to 800, give it a go. 26 is a hoot. If I see you out there, I'll buy you a Guinness.

Just Go

Not fair, Gilles. I'm looking at Rain & Wind for the next 10 days, and never getting over 50 degrees. Is it time to go back home to SoCal yet?

Some people see the gas tank as half empty. Some see it as half full. All I care is that I know where the next tankful is coming from...

I was going to suggest that the other way
800 south to 26 threw the forest (I love that road) then north and east along 7 and the river. Or 60 to 83 if you want to head almost straight north.
I've done a lot of smiles over that way.

Joe, how about a ride to the left coast (all the way to SO CA)?

Cool...glad you liked it.

Nancy and I just took a ride out to Sharon, PA for wings. Then we hit Roman Cycle, Handels Ice Cream, and then meandered homeward. What a great day for a ride!
