VerticalScope (bmwlt.com Website) Hacked

Please excuse me for posting non-bike content, but I felt that this is the most active forum on this website. See:

Hacker steals 45 million accounts from hundreds of car, tech, sports forums | ZDNet

https://www.leakedsource.com/blog/verticalscope

You should change your bmwlt.com password. If you are using the same password on other websites, change it immediately! The first thing that hackers do when they crack someone's password is to try it on other accounts - banking websites, Facebook, Twitter, etc.

I found my XMagnaRider username in the LeakedSource database twice. That matches up with my two VerticalScope accounts, one on k-bikes.com and and the other on bmwlt.com.

Re: VerticalScope (bmwlt.com Website) Hacked

I received an email from VerticalScope with a forced update to my password. The email included a new password. It came two days ago.

Strangely, I have not received one for k-bikes.com, yet I know that it was compromised, too.

I received similar notifications from Saab, Mercedes, Audi, etc... boards where I am also a member.
