No Sh** !!

Many folks, especially non-motorcyclists, would try to paint all of us that ride bikes with the same broad brush … and toss us all into the same large garbage can. We, of course, know better – there are many different kinds of motorcyclists, so we belong in DIFFERENT garbage cans.

But if you’ve ever wondered about just how low some of the low-lifes that ride bikes can go, consider the following, taken yesterday from a notice on the wall of the men’s room at the Deal’s Gap Resort: paraphrasing, “We know you’re a great racer, but please don’t write your name in doo doo on the walls. Yes, it’s been done.”

Unhappy No Sh** !!

I was in there last month and saw the same sign whilst using the facilities. I had to ask the girls at the cash register if this was really true. In a tone of voice that left no doubt in my mind, they told me that it had happened more than once.

Is this why the cruiser guys wear those fingerless gloves?

It's painfully obvious that someone "thinks" so. In any event the "riders" are being blamed and I bet no one will change the thinking of the writer. Sad.

Smile No Sh** !!

...Humor...it was attempted humor; lame humor, but...humor. Tinged by ironic self-effacement, since I ride a cruiser in addition to the LT.

But since you mentioned it, we have been there twice so far this summer, and the ratio of bikes to cages was somewhere around 350,000:1, so odds are...(more lame humor).
