That's almost as crazy as the guy I saw going down Iron Moutain Rd in the Black Hills on a skateboard.

I'd be impressed if someone ran the Iron Butt on one. Imagine a pocket bike farkled (Hi, Joe!) out with lights, GPS and all the other toys.

Not a pocket bike, but close. Saw this at the BMW MOA rally. I call it "Mutt and Jeff". The little guy is even licensed. I really wanted to know if he rode the thing to the rally.

Finally took the time to watch the video. That's hilarious. I liked the guy using his hand to help get the bike up to speed.

Are full leathers necessary on something like this?

The little bastidges are still passing on a double-yellow, though!

- No. I think it's just for additional comedic effect.

- Not a problem. They can just ride under the oncoming traffic!

Thumbs up pocket bikes

How about a pocket bike for when the rear bearing let you down. Take it out of it case on the Ft Worth Rack, off you go.

Best idea in the last 6 months. A "spare bike"!

Kind of like the old B-36 bombers, WWII-era: they carried a tiny little airplane (I think it was called the Goblin -- perhaps the Gremlin) aboard; it was deployed, in flight, to fend off attacking fighters. It would then return to the mother ship and be brought back aboard.
