Lightbulb

Have you tested with a meter?
Are you plugging it in the front outlet, left side close to where your shin would go?
If so you may want to chek that the connector under the tipover wing is plugged in. Honda of Hollywood (a name that will forever live in nfamy) returned my bike twice after forgetting to plug that little sucker, and when I bought my '03 LT in PA the bike was just serviced... and you guessed it - plug was disconnected!
Try connecting to the rear powerlet with the ignition key in the Off position, but not locked.

Sometimes one of the wires in the male end of the plug come off of the charger. Unscrew/take apart the plug and check the wires, it's real obvious if that's the case.

Yep, that's what happened to mine. Soldered it back on and works like new.
