I have also purchase over the phone, but only after a test ride somewhere else.

Hm, I may be in the UK before the end of August. Not interested in an RT or S, but maybe I can find some fire roads out there and give a GS a good thrashing?

When I went to Sierra BMW here in Reno, NV I was told to have the Bike back before closing. I was at the store when it opened. They told me that they even encourage prospective buyers to take a ride around Lake Tahoe when the weather is good.

unfortunately I could not due this due this as it was snowing. I think that comes fairly close to an all day test drive?
