New Odyssey PD680 AGM Battery!

I've had the LT for six years now, and was still on the battery that it came with, so I thought that Battery Time would be coming up sooner than later. It seemed to be cranking a little more weakly while at CCR this year, but I figured that if I was riding every day it would get us through the week. And it did. (I wasn't worried about the starter relay, since I'd installed the voltage sensing starter module last winter)
so... I get ready to go ride the other day & I get two rotations then silence. Battery Time!
So.... Here's what I removed

Here's what I'm putting in it's place.............

Here's where it goes............

And....Here's what it looks like, all put together.

Huge difference in cranking speed. I couldn't be more pleased.

Re: New Odyssey PD680 AGM Battery!

That is what I replaced my LT's original battery with. It did fine but it only lasted the same amount of time as the original. Most battery shops carry them so if there is no BMW dealer around you can still get a good battery quickly.

The PC680 is an excellent battery. I accidently ran mine down with the GPS left on for several days. Managed to bring it back to life like using a slow charger. It starts now like that never even happened.
