new springs ordered (not)

Well I decided to order hyper pro springs from the Oz distributor in Adelaide so I would get them quicker, well that was once again my first mistake. I rang them last week as it has been 4 weeks already and they hope they will be ordered Yesterday Friday, from wait for it..........DENMARK!! WTF. what a joke I could have got them from ebay UK my self and been riding by now, so it looks like it will be close to 6 weeks from order.
Rant over

when is this bloody rain going to stop!! we are drowning and its nearly summer Global warming going crazy here

At least it's sunny in Brissy for the cricket
I had to wait 3 weeks to have my rear rebuilt locally and the front Wilburs took 4 weeks to arrive but it was well worth the wait!

new springs ordered (not) now cancelled

Well for those following my dramas of late I emailed the spring supplier today and was informed that the hyperpro springs wont be available till the end of January, I have cancelled the order
so I have sent an email to calsport in the UK to see if they can help me out, other than that I will have to reassemble my shocks and refit to the bike what a pain.
I haven't checked the states yet will wait and see what the UK turns up

new springs fitted

we have lift off (my text box is now working thanks mods) I went for a quick spin around the block last night, the bike sits noticeably higher and the bumps are not so severe but the bike feels really solid, thanks to the Klaus at epmperf.com the only place I could find basically in the world with stock (big statement i know) but I dont know many people

the engine is running well after doing a big service (cams out for tappets) plenty of power and a lot smoother. I have used normal bosch plugs without the double earth, the engine falters a bit at idle which it never did before so I suspect just cheap plugs, I haven't done a decent ride yet to get everything up to temp
Cheers
