LT Electro - Hydraulic centre stands

I have been told that my centre stand on my 2004 LT is unrepairable. I have managed to make it work after my dealer in Darwin broke it, but am now wondering if anybody knows the grade of fluid to put in it to possibly make it work like new. Or do we have to listen to BMW when they say it is unrepairable

You will find a 'How Too Change & Repair' the EHCS file if you go to the FILES section and search, attached by 'joegottberg' did a very good write up I also added my recent repair file. But if you only want too flush the Hydraulic fluid out follow his suggestions, but add the fluid till you hear the by-pass valve & stop. I recently did my EHCS and had the pot metal casting blow out & had a big repair (see attached) others have had the 'O' ring blow if you add too much hydraulic oil.

Hope you are successful in getting your EHCS repaired.
