Unhappy Check your mirrors

Hey Folks,

There is a good thread about this on the old web site.

I suggest you remove your mirrors and check them so you dont wind up in the same place i am at the moment.

My mirror has broken in the exact same place :-((

I used this idea about zip ties and then drowned the ziptie area in JB weld.

The knuckels the mirror attaches to on the bike from what i gather should have some grease on them. were bone dry so was the mirror mounts.
my left mirror broke a few night ago and i checked my right mirror today and it is very close to breaking so i ziptied it and jb welded it before it cracked fully.
i dont think i will bother with pics as it is well documented at the old site, but do make a point of checking your mirrors
