Re: Motochello

I've installed it on my 2016 RT and am very happy with the results. The sound quality is noticeably better, and you can control the volume with your wonder wheel - nice.

BUT, I never use the speakers on the bike. If I did I would mount the Motocello unit somewhere I could reach it without removing the seat. Highly recommended if you don't want to share you music, at high volume, with the world.

Re: Motochello

I installed mine on my 2015 RTW and have been very happy with the results...the music fidelity is noticeably improved from the excellent Alpine unit. I had Motochello send me some additional wiring, so I was able to install it in the right side cubby, which makes it much more convenient. I run a 3.5mm extension from the unit into my tank bag, which makes it easy to plug in my Big Ear in-ear monitors.

The Motochello unit with in-ear monitors allows me to run the sound volume at only 1 bar vs. when I used to run it at almost ¾ volume (with ear plugs).

I also never use the speakers on the bike, although I did go ahead and wire the Motochello unit so the speakers can be used.

Life happens...you control your reaction.
