k1200lt pannier barrel pins
I need to change the barrells/ locks on the k1200lt. I now have it open. How do i do the pins that release the barrel.

I have no idea about differences or similarity between locking mechanisms of R1200GS Vario panniers and the K1200LT sidecases, but the following pictorial from ADVrider may at least give you some ideas: Re-keying Vario Locks

Did you go to MAX or A&S online fish and look? They may have an exploded view.
