2010 1300 Rt

Moto Station info on the 1300 RT from this past February. Any other info known ?

Looks like the same terrible seat and if you look real close it looks like it has Brembo brakes.

Pourquoi? French works great

Main points:
- they say they have several sources all agreeing on the data they quote
- they state that there are significant commercial and package/freebies incentives to move the R1200RT, and good deals to be found (essentially deep discounts on the equipment packs, and even further discounts)
- main difference with R1200RT is on the drivetrain; and it's not based on electronics (no automatic or semi automatic transmission) but on the mechanical characteristics
- engine base would be that of the HP2 Sport, incl. DOHC
- therefore more output (>130HP and increase in torque)
- they say they know displacement will increase but are not sure what the actual value will be (1250, 1300...)
- target delivery date: June 2010

The rest is filler and speculations.

Forgot this - I would not trust the pic at all, or at least the details of it. It's a interpretation, not a picture...

Yep. The first thing to go would be the hideous seat.
