Steward's cabin is located just off the Cherohala Skyway Road #81 on the North Carolina side, this road follows the river with some great overlooks and elevations of about 5000 feet... plenty of trout fishing and camp sites all along this road...

Where's the trout?

Do you pick the road on top of the mountain or towards the bottom?

Looks like a great ride, for a GS!

Trout still in the stream:)


I picked up 81 down at the Joyce Kilmer turn off and rode up the mountain to the TN/NC line.....

With your knees you went GSing ?

Talk about living on the edge.

It looks like a great place to get a great bike dirty!
