Hi All
I have my bike going into the dealers tomorrow for its 24000 mile service ready for a 2 week holiday in the pyrenees and spain.
My 880 tyres have worn out on the front but the rear has 4mm of tread left.
I ordered new 880s but the dealer have informed me that BMW have written to them stating that only V rated tyers can be fitted and they are not available for 28 days. i am having to have 020s as i can not wait.
What are they like and what tyre pressure would you recommend

Brian King UKHi, Brian! Answers to these questions (many times over) in the Tires forum -- in fact there's a raging debate going on there right now :)

(short answer: many of us prefer the 020s over the 880s; 43F/48R is a popular choice, but again with about as much debate as in a 'which oil is best" thread ;))
