New pair of tires on K1200lt yesterday OMG what a difference. I was wondering if anyone made a pair of Highway pegs other than the j-pegs. Also wondering if there is on driver backrest better than the other. I really love this bike I get on it and feel like I'm riding a sports bile again without the back pain !!!! :bmw:

Also wondering if there is on driver backrest better than the other. I've tried most, and prefer the BakUp -- adjustable, 60 second installation and/or removal with no bike mods, and relatively reasonably priced.

There is an interesting article in this month's MCN about backs and pain.

I went with the Bakup. I am not really pleased with the color match but no one has the soft touch grey material. Simple install, adjustable and swings up and out of the way for battery access. I have the J-Pegs. 5"10" with a 30 inseam. They fit me well.
Welcome to this forum. :yeah:

I have the Bak-up and love it . My j-pegs are the standard model but I am 5'10" with 32' inseam and feel a little cramped, I think I should have gone with the XL's.

Just put some new Bstones (bias) on the other day and wow, so nice and smooth! I like my Ottomans also! For the long rides I will put the peg lowering units back on, unless its lots of twistys. From next Sunday to the end of summer should be about 10k worth of trips, can't wait!
