some have met my family here, in particular my daughter.

Well before she left to FL to spend some time with Grandma spoiling her rotten she did a all day rider course with Ken and JoAnna Murray up here in the mountains, she had a blast (I think Steve knows them as well) I can recommend this place
http://www.jkminc.com/ for newer riders wanting to build their skills riding in the mountains. My Daughter really enjoyed the course, JoAnna is top notch. Now she is a Professional, so you better watch out getting passed by a ninja 250 (big grin) heheheheh

Also we finally got her a correct size front tire so some time was spent teaching her how to change a tire, she had a blast doing it (bet I get stuck changing them from now on though) She changes her own oils and service her bike knows how to check the chain tires lube everything and basically can handle her own machine fair now, no she is not a wrench, but knows enough (hopefully) to be sure her bike is in safe operating condition. well sometimes she still forgets to turn on the gas but that's another two stories <g>

Anyhow she is becoming a better rider which I was a little concerned about as I thought for a bit there she was not progressing at all. She will be back here after the sons baby shower there in fl, hopefully we will get a chance to take a few day ride together someplace, maybe the BRP or something, camp someplace along the way for a night or two and generally have a good time before she gets back to school

It's been a blast watching her learn about motorcycling in all aspects, problem is she is hooked and wants a F650gs, the low one she can put the balls of both feet on the ground ( I told her to get a job <g>) at least the 650 will run a heated vest for the next time she decides to ride to school in 20 degree temps (yea she is hooked)

she has alway's loved motorcycles, guns, cars, heck I think she is half boy <g>, heck int his family it was hard not to, and on Karen's side impossible not to.

I should be moved in the new place between the 1st and 5th of june, I will actually have a real place to have a shop thing is Karen got the house oh well it's about time she has been trying to girlify our home for something like 17 years, I held off real well keeping it manly for that long <grin>

there will be a BBQ or something cooked anyhow,
