My bike is running real rich the mileage is down to about 30mpg and it is belching out black smoke when I get on it going though the gears. I have the tupperware off and will be taking the tank gas tank off tonight to look for something obvious like a vacuum hose or loose connection. Anyone have an idea what it might be? Would the O2 sensor cause this? I have made an appointment with the dealer to see what it is but if it is something I can fix myself I would rather save the money. This happened all of a sudden it was not gradual I also did the canister-ectomy but that didn't do anything.
