A few years back I think in South Dakota, a guy was outrunning state police cruisers and air patrol. Clocked at something like 180mph maybe.... Where is that article?

Yea...I remember. What a joke! It was a Honda RC51, clocked by the Minnesota Highway Patrol for doing 205MPH. WHATEVER!!!

HERE's one link (http://www.shinyplastic.com/archives/09-27-04-planes-trains-autos-205mph-speeding-ticket.php), or you can just Google "RC51 speeding ticket" w/o quotes for lots of links.

It's only a matter of time before one of these guys hits a car broadside at these kinds of speeds and kills an entire family. Did any of you see that picture of the honda that was used for safety displays in which the guy hit the car and almost cut it in half? Even the 600's are able to run with a literbike from just a few years ago. There needs to be more emphasis on getting these guys onto the track and off of the street before we have politicians trying to save us from "ourselves" and putting all kinds of stupid ("stupid proof??") laws in place to hurt the guys who are responsible with theirs. It's like the "gun control" laws wherein it does basically nothing to stop the actual criminals, but makes it near impossible for the law abiding owners to avoid breaking the law even while using good sense.
