I am in need of some new tires. I know everyone has their favorite source. I am looking for a mail order one. Best price, good service, timely shipping, all that stuff. I am going with the Bridgestone tires and was looking for the bias rated tires on some of the sites but no one has a listing for the 020 bias tires. Lots of radials that I am sure would do but I wanted the bias for the load ability. Suggestions welcome. The local? (100 miles away) wants about 350 to mount and balance their tires. I am pretty sure I can beat that by about a hundred bucks by ordering and having a local none bmw dealer mount and balance if I bring in the wheels. thanks

I second swmototires.com. I think if you buy a couple tires shipping is free.

Southwest Moto Tires, absolutely. Great prices, free shipping for two tires, and FAST shipping!
I bought several sets from them, once they were on my doorstep the NEXT DAY when I got home! Usually three days though. Still don't know how they got that one set here so fast.

Thanks for the info and link. A good site that's easy to read and has what your looking for. Now before I commit, another request for comment from the forum: It is okay to use the bias on any year lt, right? Mine is a 99. I just want to be sure. and thanks again.

I've got the Bias 020's on mine and just love them....
It's a completely different bike than it was when it had Metzlers on it...

Just order the bias Bstones from SwMoto ( I get all my tire from them) $207 to my front door. If you order 2 tires it's free shipping and always no tax. This is the link to the tire http://arizonamoto.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=SWMT&Product_Code=301074&Category_Code=BT020
