I've used them for regular maintenance on my bike. While not cheap (what BMW dealer is?), they do very good work. They didn't volunteer to have the mechanic discuss the repairs with me, but when I went around to discuss the work done and ask other questions, he gladly took the time to discuss what was done and made recommendations for other items as well.

Very pleasant experience overall.

Side note: Since I take the train home from the repair shop (it’s about 45miles away, I live at the shore), I wish they drive to the station (about 3 miles away) so I didn’t need to take the bus.

I read recently that they will pick-up/deliver the bike if you live within 40miles, I might inquire about that next time, but I kinda like the ride to the shop and the train.
