Need some opinions

On my new 2006 GT, I was thinking of protecting the front fender, a portion of the side bags and the area where my knees tuck into the body of the bike with 3M product. (clear bra). I have this on the front of my Audi and have been very happy with it. Doesn't destroy the hood from adverse rode conditions. (rocks) (gravel). etc. Looking for your thoughts. Thanks

I've been told that vendors at things like CCR and national/regional rallies are on hand to satisfy this need. Sounds like a great idea.

I just put some on my tank, just above the seat where I would be leaning against it. I thought about the area where my legs are positioned, but the material there seems pretty scuff-resistant. Hadn't thought about the front fender. Believe I'll take a look at that tomorrow.
