I just can't get used to the location of the LT mirrors. My fists are always in the way. A couple of questions for the forum think tank...

1.) Can I get handlebar mounted mirrors for the LT. It looks like there is a cavity that is made for mirrors???

2.) Does anyone run both the stock mirrors and a handle-mounted set? It seems 4 mirrors could be wacky, but maybe it could be helpful???

3.) If the handle-mounteds exist, is there made a slick body piece that could pop onto the old mirror slots and streamline the look. Maybe chrome or maybe painted to match.

Thanx for any advice

Some of my friends have them and I plan too also but I havn't got them yet.

I want the ones that mount to the windshield.

Chris, I had the same problem with the fists being right in the way. I adjusted my handlebars lower to get the hans out of the way,and then added the RS mirrors later. I pull a trailer and they really helped with a wider view. My SO said she loves the RS mirrors because she can see behind us now.

Just remember though...the stock mirrors are what is providing all that wonderful wind and rain protection for your hands. I don't think you'd want anything having much smaller or a profile anyway. I could be wrong.
