Great service in the parts and service area too. This is a small BMW/Ducati dealership. Customers are always treated with friendliness, courtasy and respect. If you are going to buy a new bike in this area, Do yourself a favor and get it in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

I agree, great shop. This past summer while traveling I needed a speedo drive for my R1100GS. After visiting or calling every dealer and independent from Alaska via Minnesota, BMW of Colorado Springs not only had the part, they made time to install it when I stopped in to pick it up.

We were traveling through Colorado Springs and needed to have a noise looked at. They were too busy to be at all helpful. This continues to be the ongoing problem with having a BMW motorcycle. The dealerships are not set up to help or even pretend to be concerned about their traveling BMW customers. This is where Harley Davidson is superior to BMW. When your on the road and arrive at a Harley Davidson dealership anywhere you are treated like a guest. BMW must work on this.

I have had nothing but HORRID experiences with the Colorado Springs Dealership. They are inconsistent, unconfident, wishy washy, unprofessional, and they do not care about their customers. Glad you had a good experience...but I would have to say that it is rare to satisfy a customer through the doors of that dealership.

In my opinion COS BMW has been working more on their Italian bike image than customer service... I hope they improve but I really doubt they will..
