What is this stuff?

These things live in my stock tool kit, but I don't know what they are. Can someone explain it to me? Thanks!

Wire is a helmet lock harness that go's to metal hook under left rear of drivers seat.

The rubber do hickies ... Tire repair plugs.

along with the try reapir plugs there should be a tool with a handle and a spike thing on it and a bit of a hole above it. this tool is what u use to insert the rubber do hickies ... Tire repair plugs in to yer tyre with.

there should be also a few co2 cans of air.usually takes about 3 of these to fill a tyre on the LT

My first trip after buying my bike I had a flat. I had seen the flat repair kit (rubber plugs, razor, plugging tool, cement, CO2 cartridges) but didn't realize I didn't have the adapter that screws on to the valve stem and the CO2 cartridge. I had a plugged tire and no way to fill it.

FYI - the dealer as well as many accessory sites sell flat kits with all of the parts together.
