There's so many things wrong with that video - assumptions, opinions, and guesses - and so many twists and turns in the chain of events that I don't think our government is smart enough to pull something like that off without someone squealing.

Propaganda at it's best - present opinion as "facts" and someone will believe it.

Disturbing - Yes! Right at the beginning they start the BS. That Boeing 707 in the fuel test made one flight and only one flight and they missed the target. They did not have funding to practice. I met the remote pilot at Point Mugu. That kind of sets the stage for the rest of the info.
