A little while back I posted about not receiving a quick disconnect or any response to my emails requesting order confirmation and status from Sampson-sport touring.

I finally received an email from Terry telling me he was unexpectedly hospitalized for three weeks. He refunded my money via Pay Pal and apologized. I would have no problem doing business with Sampson in the future.
One thing I learned during the process of filing a claim with pay pal is you must do so within four weeks of your order. Something to keep in mind if you should ever need to file a claim. Another thing is that if the vendor has no money in his or her account you will not be paid back even if pay pal finds in your favor.
