I hope this is the right place for this information.
I recently purchased a radar detector for my LT from Radar Roy (below), but after receiving another one from a family member I decided to return it one day after the new one arrived. Receiving a refund was a three week venture with dozens of emails, UPS tracking numbers, proof that I returned the unit over and over again and a call to Visa.
Reading the website it appeared the individual provided good information and I decided on the Escort Passport 8500 X50 over the Valentine. However the ability to receive a refund as promised by the website has driven my business away.
