Yep slang for Buff wings, I just saw a whole herd of buffalo and I aint seen no wings!

At the risk of insulting intelligence here...

I was quite shocked to learn that the term 'Buffalo Wings' refers to the city, and not the animal. I thought the term was an exaggeration based on how BIG the wings were. Not the city in which was taking credit for "inventing" them.
