I have a set in my garage that I used for several years. Only comfortable one leg at a time unless you like gynecological exams.

Yep, Definately puts you into the "birthing" position...
Look at some Mick-O-Pegs.. That's prolly what I'll end up with..
might buy some at CCR. I figure the 1k mile ride out will help me to decide.

I had a set of Highway ottomans installed at CCR this year and they are the fugliest thing on my bike.....but they work.

The only thing I have found that works and leaves you plenty of cornering clearence is the highway ottomans, I have not tried the mic o pegs cause they look like they will drag to easily, I've actually scraped the front outside corners of my J-Pegs and my bike is raised a half inch, My j-pegs are no long installed for everyday riding, I might put them on for my next long trip but my Hihgway ottomans will never leave my bike

I installed the micks and they do add comfort however as pointed out they will drag in twisties. I am a little disappointed as they dont correct my leg cramps and find myself throwimg my legs up on the tip overs to get relief. I do like them in that they give me an alternate leg position. Does anyone know if either the Sierra pegs or the ottomans can be fitted with the micks in place.

From what I know The ottomans can be, not sure about the others

From the picture these look like what used to be called "BOB's PEGS" sold by Bob's BMW. I added a pair of them to my '99 back in 2000 while at the MOA Rally. Found them to be uncomfortable, could only use one at a time. later I added an adjustable offset made by Kurakin (sp) which helped some but I seldom used them. My new bike came with "J" pegs and I don't find them much better. Think I might try mick-o-pegs next. They look like they would be great for those undesirable but sometime necessary long runs on the super slab which is when I really need some relief.
