value of 03 K1200GS

I am looking @ a 03 K1200RS w/ approx. 23000 on odommeter. It was a dealer trade and all service is current. It will be out of factory warranty in several moinths. An aftermarket warranty is available thru Pinnacle or so I am told.
The bike has been dropped by at least two test riders interested in purchase.All the plastic on both sides and front has been replaced. I test rode it and did not notice any issues. I saw the damaged pieces and the damage was cosmetic probably.
Dealer asking $10500 and states he is firm. The bike has been their awhile and the sales associate believes they still have it because of the drops.
Any input /opinion is appreciated
I think it is over priced imho. I am thinking mid eights at most. needs new rubber fairly soon as well

I just did a quick check of prices on 03 K1200RS in the classifieds at K-Bikes.com

It seems that they range from $10,000 to $11,500

I have a Pinnacle aftermarket warranty on my K1200LT, and it has paid for a new ABS Hydro Unit and replacement of my Rear Main Seal (and part of any associated parts that were damaged by the oil leak). So I am very satisfied with Pinnacle. The key to Pinnacle is making sure you have contacted Pinnacle BEFORE any work is done, and that you have a dealer that understands how Pinnacle works.
